Staff of conservation organizations and private individuals with a formal background in biology, range management, soil science, etc., who want to learn more about how to execute a project application for a conservation easement.
Day One: May 18th – 8:30am – 4:30pm (lunch provided)
Day Two: May 19th – 8:30am – 12:00pm Optional (classroom followed by a field visit)

In an effort to cultivate and train potential, contract easement specialists across Kansas, a limited number of travel and hotel stipends are provided. Those with a formal background in wildlife biology, range management, soil science, etc., or another related field and whose workshop expenses are not reimbursed by an employer may apply.
