Dawn Hovey

Dawn Hovey joined RTK as Executive Director in 2024. A graduate of Kansas State University, she earned a Bachelor of Science in political science, and a Master of Public Administration. At RTK Dawn will be responsible for professional leadership, management and growth of RTK. She will oversee fundraising, strategic planning, organizational development, administration of conservation projects and RTK finances.
